By signing up to Peloton you will have access to your tailored training program with prioritised sessions to ensure you're getting the most from each ride. You will also have access to group discussions via social media, weekly updates, partner discounts and invites to Peloton exclusive training events.

Tim Gudsell

Your coach, tour guide and the founder of Ventouro is Tim Gudsell, ex Pro cyclist. Tim is one of the very few New Zealanders ever to reach the Pro Tour of professional cycling – and there’s currently no other cycling coach in New Zealand who’s competed at that level. Tim understands what it takes for an athlete to compete physically and mentally against the world’s best, and he’s keen to pass some of that expertise onto you. Read more here.

Adam Clark

Adam has been involved in cycling for the past 6 years. He began while training for the New Zealand Ironman in 2009. Since that time, he has developed a love for all things cycling related and races at an A grade level. Adam has recently finished his conjoint degree from AUT University majoring in Exercise Science and Business Management. Combined with his time working with High Performance Sport New Zealand, he has developed an extensive knowledge of sports physiology and aims to add an element of science to his coaching practice.

Emma Hutchings

Emma joins Ventouro with almost 20 years of cycling experience, having done her first cycle race at just 13 years old. Her accolades include national medals from both road time trial and track racing, and competing at UCI World Cup level. Following her competitive career Emma's passion for cycling has continued to endure, she has tried her hand at mountain biking, ironman triathlon and now gets the most enjoyment joining her new-to-cycling mates at local rides helping them to achieve their goals. Outside of cycling Emma is a Chartered Accountant and works for a wine company.

Emma joins Ventouro with almost 20 years of cycling experience, having done her first cycle race at just 13 years old. Professor Grant Schofield

Having spent nearly two decades of his life aspiring to be an awesome triathlete and sometimes cyclist/runner. Grant battled with illness, injury and a carb fuelled world. Now, Grant has spent his last few years immersing himself in the worlds of both public health and sports performance nutrition. It’s his opinion that these two fields have been corrupted by poor science, scientists and doctors hanging on to out-dated ideas, and food industry influence, which has led us down a path we need to exit from very quickly. Kris Withington (Grom)

A life time rider from a young age Kris has experienced cycling from many angles. A perfectionist with his machinery while racing turned into a career as Pro mechanic, Kris first plied his trade with NZ national cycling team in Europe in 2004 before being picked by the World Tour squad Garmin Sharp in 2008. Now with a young family back in Rotorua Kris is still in the trade working in a lead sales and technician role. Kris has been a key part of Ventouro training camps and cycle tours from day one, imparting knowledge to guests that can only come from experience at the highest level.
