"Martinborough is located at the foot of New Zealand's North Island at a latitude of 40 degrees south. Here, a happy coincidence of geology and geography has created the perfect climate and terrain for Pinot Noir and aromatic wines"

Te Kairanga Wines, Martinborough

The Martinborough wine region is famous for it's distinctive boutique wines, with a particular affinity for producing world-class Pinot Noir. Spend four nights in luxury while you explore the best this beautiful area has to offer.

We take you on a magical tour through the South Wairarapa, where you’ll find over 30 locally owned, family-run vineyards. We can’t promise you’ll get to every one of them, but we’ll try our best to make sure you don’t miss out on finding that perfect red.

The roads around the region are perfect for riding, from the picturesque town of Martinborough to the historical village of Greytown, where the architecture reflects its colonial Victorian beginnings as New Zealand’s first planned inland town. There are so many gems to discover in this area, from quirky shops to cafés serving delicious food made from locally-grown ingredients, as well as acres of quintessential New Zealand scenery.
