Personal weekly coaching
Ventouro coaching is for people who want the chance to elevate their performance, with one-on-one personalised coaching from Tim Gudsell, Westley Gough and Adam Clark.
We have two coaching offerings, both of them with flexible options and tailoring available. Contact Ventouro to discuss what you’re looking for.
Tim, Wes or Adam become your personal cycling coach, setting you up with a monthly training programme, goal setting, and helping you prepare for events, with weekly monitoring.
Choose from one of three levels of coaching, or personally from Tim, the only World Tour level rider to currently be coaching in NZ:
Gold: Monthly online training program with training peaks, goal setting, weekly phone monitoring, power analysis, anytime phone, txt or email contact. Minimum 12 month period $350 + GST per month
Silver: Monthly training program, goal setting, weekly contact, anytime txt or email contact, basic power analysis. Minimum 9 month period $250 + GST per month
Bronze: Monthly training program, goal setting, monthly contact. Minimum 6 month period $115 + GST per month
Tim: Monthly online training program with training peaks, goal setting, weekly phone monitoring, power analysis, anytime phone, txt or email contact, monthly meeting in person. Minimum 12 month period $450 + GST per month
All programs require an initial consultation: $150 + GST
One-on-one training sessions
Tim, Wes or Adam take a 1 hour ride with you, going through skills, technique and general tips. $150 + GST per session
Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge
Ventouro is proud to be the offical coaching partner of NZ's premier cycling event the BDO Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge.
Now teaming up with Trailblazer Nutrition to offer a personalised 12 week program with integrated nutrition to amplify your efforts.
Your program can be tailored to any of the events on offer from 40km to the 320km Enduro. If you have a goal time we will set the hours required per week to help you achieve this and each training session will have a nutrition plan to match the effort.
If you are a first timer to the event we are also offering event day advice including logistics and strategy on how to use all the knowledge you have gained during your training.
The 12 week plan will cost just $179 and includes a short consultation to get to know you, your personalised plan, support group and recipe cards for those all important recovery meals.
